WE CARE ABOUT YOUR HEALTH AND SAFETY
We would first like to start with thanking all the front line workers who have helped keep us safe during the COVID-19 pandemic.
We have enhanced the frequency and processes used to clean and disinfect our products before and after each rental.
BEFORE WE ARRIVE WE WILL CONTINUE TO:
o Clean and sanitize all furniture items and surfaces. Special attention is always given to high touch points.
o Ensure upholstery is thoroughly cleaned, disinfected, and placed in new bags for transport.
o Ensure hard surfaces are cleaned, disinfected and wrapped for each delivery.
WHEN WE ARRIVE ON SITE:
o Our team uses hand sanitizer regularly and wears face masks and gloves while handling your product.
o Your product is delivered in the bag that it was placed in after sanitizing at our facilities.
DIVINE TEAMS AND FACILITIES:
o We are cleaning our facilities frequently following the Guidelines of Health Canada and Ontario’s Ministry of Health and using their recommended products to do so.
o We require our crew to wear masks and gloves while on the job.
o Our trucks are stocked with hand sanitizer and disinfectant spray to keep our crews safe.
o Our showroom and warehouse have been outfitted with hand sanitizer dispensers and we have implemented enhanced cleaning procedures to ensure the safety of all.
o We will provide masks for all visitors if needed, but encourage you to bring your own.
o We are taking steps to ensure the welfare of our teams by following recommended Health Canada and Ontario’s Ministry of Health Guidelines for personal health practices, which include instructing employees who feel ill to stay home and consult their healthcare providers.
